SHANGHAI, Aug. 7 (SMM) - Domestic zinc oxide producers cut output by 1/4-1/3 due to the summer heat, SMM learned. Orders from tire, rubber and ceramic sectors shrank noticeably, SMM adds.

Prices for indirect zinc oxide fell with zinc price to 14,800-15,200 yuan per tonne this past week, according to SMM data.
